This is Part 2 of my #NoWeightsNoExcuses HomeWorkout Plan For guys! Click Here for Part 1


Often we can find ourselves having limited time in the day to squeeze in our fitness goals. However, your body is on a constant treadmill. If you don't walk forwards and stick to your goals; you will only end up going backwards!

So, remember you can easily workout at home or start buying some small but simple workout equipment for your home.

Remember, if you are cooking a clean meal. whilst it is in the oven, you can be working out!

On this post you will find a free home workout plan for the whole week including cardio. Also a list of equipment to purchase for your fitness goals at home.
Home Workout: without equipment

Daily morning home workout

Morning: 20 press ups, 20 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises, 30 squats




Evening Do this video or one of the other home workouts:

Cardio: 10 minute run/walk, 30 minute cross trainer, 5 minutes row, 5 minute bike, 10minutes cross trainer, 3x pull ups to failure, 4x press ups to failure, 4x 25 sit ups (2times a week)

Home Workout:

Monday: (40 squats, 50 mountain Climbers, 20 jumping squats, 20 press ups, 20 sit ups, 30 Spiderman Press ups, 20 lunges, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises, 30 press ups, 45 second plank)x4

Tuesday: (50 press ups, 10 single leg squats, 20 burpees, 30 sit ups, 40 press ups, 50 russian twists, 15/15/ side planks, 30 leg raises, 30 sit ups, 50 russian twists) x2

Wednesday: (50 Fast high knees, 15 burpees, 20 tricep presses, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises, 30 mountain climbers, 20/20 side plank, 20 Twisting Sit ups) x5

Thursday: 25 jumping squats, 20 squats, 30 mountain climbers 20 sit ups, 15 crunches, 30 press ups, 30 russian twists, 10/10 lunges x3

Friday: 30 squats, 20 press ups, 15 sit ups, 20 press ups, 30 mountain climbers, 30 squats x4

Cardio: 5 minutes skipping warm up, then this skipping workout


Saturday: (30 squats, 20 burpees, 30 star jumps,50 mountain climbers,30
 squats, 25 burpees, 20 star jumps,40 mountain climbers,30 squats, 30 burpees, 30 star jumps, 50 mountain climbers, 20 sit ups, 20 leg raises, plank 2 minutes) x3

Sunday: go for a jog, rest and stretch

Equipment to Buy
  1. A workout mat: Something soft to lay down on. That's not going to let your sweat drip all over our carpet/floor.
  2. Abs Roller: This is a great and small little piece of equipment. It works your abs and your arms. It can fit in a draw. It is powered by your will power! Check out my video on how to use it effectively

  3. Dumbbells: Yes some weights. however, you don't need 50kg dumbbells! A box of adjustable weights, will help you work your whole body. You can use them for squats, presses, raises, weighted abs workouts... list is endless
    There are two types of dumbbells for sale.
    A) These colourful non-adjustable soft dumbbells

    B)These adjustable metal dumbbells. Great for intense training and serious goals

  4. An Adjustable pull up bar: You don't need to drill into any walls, you just twist the handles or hang it on to your door frame. It can be used to train your back and your abs.
    There are two types
    A) This one twists into your door frame

    B) Multi-purpose bar that hangs on your door frame (this is the best option; it can be used for Dips, Sit ups & Press ups as well)

  5. Skipping Rope: a simple adjustable rope for either indoors(if you have space) or outdoors. Some ropes are only for indoors, but you can just put your workout mat underneath you and use it outside.

Lovely the Fitness Sex Toy that tracks your calories and Man's Performance plus i am running in their commercial!

One of the funniest and/or strangest consequences of modelling, is that your face/image can appear in the most random places.

I did something in modelling that is called Stock footage/photography. It is where production companies film generic footage that other companies will buy for their advertising campaigns. Images like
when you click on a news/blog and you see a picture than illustrates the theme of the article.

In my case i agreed to simply run in a park and have a film crew film me. Which in itself is a fairly normal and mundane activity to do. I had thought to myself what's the worst this could be used for...

Little did i know i would get a message from a friend "is this you in this sex toy advert?" ehhh what! Lovely... No that's the name of the toy that measures a man's performance during sex.

The Independent writes;
"Tired of not being able to track the average speed of your thrusts during sex? Well, your problems will be solved with the Lovely - a sex toy that's been touted as 'the fitbit, but for your penis'.Lovely is undergoing crowdfunding at the moment, but if the team manages to raise $85,000 in the next 32 days, they will be able to make the product a reality. They've already manage to raise an impressive $9,800 in just four days through their IndieGoGo page."
I can see the many people who take fitness far too seriously eagerly buying this toy and app. After you 'finish' the app sends your score to your phone and allows you to analyse what you and your partner already know. If you have the energy to sit and read an app then you obviously didn't "work" hard enough during your naked cardio! With that said...

Review of New Reebok Trainers and unboxing for my new sports wear

Hey guys, here is my review of the reebok z quick trainers. I was able to put these trainers to the test and i wear them in all of my sessions. Why? because i do a lot of HIIT training; which often includes running and cycling. The trainers have great movability and lightness.

Bored of cardio? Do this fat burning workout instead!


One word Battling Ropes; ok that's two words. But this piece of kit has so many different uses to improve your overall fitness and health; plus they can be really fun and addictive(once you master the technique).

Battling ropes come in different lengths and weights. They can be found tucked away in most decent fitness gyms (However, you might not find them in a purely Bodybuilding gym). I say tucked away because most people do not know how to use them properly. I often see Personal Trainers simply expecting their clients to workout how to use them without proper instruction. Yeah, just picking them up and swinging your arms as fast as you can in a crazy fashion is perfect form...Not. Much like squats, deadlifts, press ups or even skipping, there is a specific technique on how to use battling ropes effectively.

Technique

There are many different ways to use the battling ropes. Form can be simple working your arms by flexing from the elbow joint. Or engaging more of your back by flexing from the shoulder joint and moving your whole arm. Your PT really should be telling you which form they want you to use, because they are different exercise and work your body in a different way...

Either way not to worry, my video explains the technique for beginners and you can choose which one you want to start off with.

Exercises

Once you master the technique of how best to use the ropes. You can then move on the many different variations you can use with the ropes. I have listed the first 15 in my video. However, there are many more and you to can try out your own variation. You might have seen the video of the guy doing the flying press ups whilst using the ropes... Well here are some basic variations to start with.

Workouts

A basic battling rope workout can simple be 15-30 seconds as fast as you can with 45 seconds rest between rounds.
However, i have assembled a selection of different circuit videos you can try out yourself. These circuits mean that the battling ropes can be used in conjunction with training which ever part of your body you are hitting that day... You can use use them for an explosive abs workout...

How to reach your goals even if you don't have a gym membership?

One of the biggest reasons stopping most people from reaching or at least starting their fitness goals is not having a gym membership. Most of the time people do not own a gym membership due to two reasons:

1. You are leading a busy life. Therefore, you just don't have enough time to go to the gym, get changed, workout, get showered, get changed again and then travel home to cook.
2. Money; the gym simply isn't free; nor is getting to the gym.


Well that is why I personally made my home workout videos; they are free so that's reason two out the way already.

Time; well at some point you have to eat. So whilst you are cooking your dinner ie whilst that delicious meal is in the oven. You can use that as a perfect opportunity to do a 10-20minute homeworkout. Moreover, the more you become a part of this fitness life, you can start waking up a little earlier and doing a quick morning workout.

Morning Workouts
Here is a workout you can do each morning 1/2/3 rounds depending on your available time and fitness. It is a very simple but effective way to start your day. Not too strenuous to destroy you for the rest of the day but tough enough to get your heart beating ready for the day ahead.


Full Body WorkoutHere is a full body weight; no weights needed workout. This is a perfect workout to target your whole body; great way to start your training for the week or end your training.

Abs Workouts

Here are a range of different abs workouts varying from 5-10minutes long. A nice variation that you can mix and match doing throughout the week. Doing 100crunches continuously won't be of much benefit to you and will become boring. Try these challenging circuits to increase your core stability
