Intense Six Pack Abs Home Workout

Hardcore abs workout circuit

This is a Great abs workout circuit that you can do at home and also do in the gym.

In the video I demonstrated with a 20kg plate but you can also use a lighter weight or just hold on to a bag with a book in it or some cans. 

Just add whatever weight creates enough resistance for your fitness level.

40 russian twists
20 crunches
20 leg raises
30 russian twists
20 crunches
20 sit ups
with 20kg,10kg or 5kg plate

Remember, the key to visible abs is good nutrition and training hard. Defaulting on either of the two will lead you to not achieving the results you were hoping for.
